Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant/Coordinator to join our team at Oakbridge Insurance. The ideal candidate will support our marketing efforts and contribute to the overall growth and success of our agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Content Creation: In collaboration with our external marketing firm partner, develop engaging content marketing materials.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Event Management: Support Chief of Staff, as necessary, in coordinating and managing marketing events, company meetings and promotional activities.
  • Analytics and Reporting: In combination with our external marketing firm partner, track and analyze our marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing software and tools
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with graphic design software.
